Let's begin with "knowledge"

Due to knowledge was little. Even our mum generation know little about the Female Genitalia Diagram. Hence, we were not educate on this knowledge neither from parents nor school side. Even yes, it's only basic knowledge. Resulted many of us facing a lot of gynecological problem. 

Because we do not know how important it was. We only know how to use it for menstrual, sexual and pregnant. Some even thought it's troublesome, resulted the whole uterus been removed. This is a very sad misunderstanding.

 It was a successful event. Spreading the awareness so every women alert about Gynecological issue. Yeah, majority women knew about Gynecology but how many of us really care about it? Here, I would like to make a wake up call, so every women wake up from ignorance.

You will never know how clean your Uterus is until you read this! ! ! Woman must read & know!

Every year 200,000 people die from gynecological diseases. But the truth is, they are not dying because of gynecological diseases. In fact, they are dying because of their ignorance!

According to the World Health Organization survey of China women: 41% women of childbearing age suffer from varying degrees of gynecological inflammation, while married women the incidence is as high as 70%.

Here is a director of obstetrics and gynecology physician notes, let us look together.

1.  The female reproductive system is divided into two parts,

     Part #1: external genitalia included the labia, clitoris, vagina, vaginal vestibule.

     Part #2: internal genitals, from the pelvic cavity, ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, vagina composition.

2.  The uterus is an important place to sustain life. When it was not pregnant uterus was as big as an egg. Once pregnant, the uterus expands like a balloon. Wait until after birth, contraction of your uterus as it shrink back. Then the uterine will be as big as a fist, but this time womb full of folds and crypts. The uterine surface will be no longer smooth like before, and these folds and crypt will residual waste.

     At the end, how much does the Uterus residual waste?

• parenthood waste - amniotic fluid waste, lochia waste
• unhygenic sexual life 
• endometrial shedding
• 
  
  

•      endogenous source body in vitro metabolism of waste

    These waste accumulated, piled up as a mountain. Over the time it produced toxin, all diseases originated in the toxin. This is why there are now so called fibroids, cysts, endometritis, meningitis & etc. reason for gynecological diseases.

     

Why it is in the old time, there are not so much gynecological diseases? That's because the more you gave birth, the less waste substances kept in the uterus. People in the old time normally produced more children. For the first childbirth, pervious waste was been wash out in the second childbirth and so on. Plus there is no milk powder that time, hence motherhood keep breastfeeding. Breast constantly dredge, not easily accumulated solid hard which cause obstruction. Plus environmental factors, those day gynecological diseases are not as many as present day.

    3.  Does IUD birth control harming?

    Said no, it is not possible. If a man can be a little considerate to her women, not to insert the ring of course is the best.

    Some people think that Asian country's technology is not that good, hence they go to the Western country undergo the IUD. Actually it is a very sad misunderstanding. Westerner physique usually is greater than Asian people, so the ring size is basically larger and did not fit Asian physique. The results lead to many sequels. Generally it is difficult to find out the reason.

    Women should also pay attention to avoid IUD extended service, because it’s normal usage for 20 years. But a lot of people use for over 20 years, 30 years or lifetime. There is a lot of clinical diabetes in fact an illusion caused by IUD extended service.

    Even, after IUD was all right. But if the extended service time is too long, metal IUD has calcified into the pelvic cavity, it cannot be taken out. Hence, pseudo-diabetes will be difficult to solve.

     

    4. Why women live longer than men do?

        This is because women have detoxification organ called Uterus. That is the         reason please do not easily get uterus removed, because with uterus and 

        without uterus lifetime difference of ten to fifteen years.

    5. The sanitary napkin is not recommended for women to wear every day.

    If your sanitary napkins cannot antibacterial, you actually thought the sanitary napkin is only absorbing the discharged. In fact , it is the most perfect place for breeding bacteria too.

    You are letting the bacteria remain in the sanitary napkins and let the bacteria stay in the body temperature and humid environment.

    There is a chance to breed and infect you. Especially during menstruation, if there is blood under the circumstances. This harmful bacteria to breed even faster.

★ Do you know how fast bacteria breed? The odor smell of blood is the result of deterioration of bacterial corrosion of blood. This is why menstrual period is the high chances of women get inflammation.

6. Why do some people with natural childbirth, the wound is not easy in recovery?

    

        This is because the growth of bacteria that affect wound healing. Many sanitary napkins cotton material is not very good, due to multiple usage of fluorescent bleach. Fluorescent agent itself is carcinogenic (having the potential to cause cancer), and can participate in the blood circulation through the pores into the capillaries (small blood vessel located within the tissue of the body)

    This chemical stuff is difficult to de discharge through metabolism. In fact it might leave in the body, causing immune system disorder.

7. Do not easily decide to undergo caesarean section. As long as the woman's abdominal cavity is opened, it must be debilitating. As well as result lead to many sequels.

    Because the woman's abdominal cavity has a very important part, it is the uterus.

    Put a knife on the womb will never be a good choice. Caesarean women after gave birth, uterine contractions certainly would not be as good as natural birth. It is certainly has more folds and crypt than usual. If your doctor has recommended to undergo cesarean section, it must be because the complications situation. Who will be caught in trap? Those are ignorant, timid and afraid of the pain.

8. Early menstruation, indicating deficiency of “qi” phenomenon.

    Early menstruation can cause severe anemia (deficiency of red blood cells or of hemoglobin in the blood, resulting in pallor and weariness) thrombocytopenia (deficiency of platelets in the blood. This causing bleeding into the tissue, bruising and slow blood clotting after injury), do not neglect about menstruation; if menstruation delay, mean dampness in the uterus is getting serious, even might easily cause body with bad joints.

9. Acute cervicitis is usually caused by menstruation period with sex intercourse.

    Before menstruation, cervix opening will slightly open. This period, all of our capillaries will be expanded. If there is sex intercourse, menstrual period will have sudden flow, causing congestion which will produce inflammation, which can lead to acute cervicitis.

    vDue to there is no pain nerve in the cervix, women do not feel pain when it was ill in early stage of inflammation, over the time it becomes chronic cervicitis.

10. Cervical cancer cannot be decided by eyes.

    The only way to check cervical cancer is to take out a sample of tissue for laboratory testing (biopsy) for cancerous cell. If there is cancerous detected, on early detect cervix to be removed. On mid detect, uterus to be removed. On late detect, there is no way to be cured.

11. Pelvic cancer is the only cancer with no best cure treatment.

     Although pelvic cancer is a low incidence. But the mortality rate is high,  hence it is very scary. It is recommended that you do not sit too much. Due  to lack of exercise of both legs and too much of sit, causing pelvic  inflammatory disease and lead to pelvic fluid, and slowly develop into pelvic  cancer.

12. Cervical cancer and Breast cancer are now known as the women two great  killer.

     High incidence of gynecological age is between 35 to 50 years old. Group at  risk is between 30 to 40 year old.  Hence, Gynecological examination is too  important! We recommend age of 30, go for an annual gynecological  examination.  Women between the age of 35 to 50, gynecological  examination twice a year.

     Cervical cancer, uterine cancer, endometrial cancer including breast cancer  has the best treatment.

     As long as women inflammation early detection, early treatment, early eradication, women's cancer can be far away from us.

13. Cervical hypertrophy it actually result as no problem. The doctor said no problem, it is because it was not a big problem like Anita Mui. Resulted as cervical hypertrophy, it does not mean there is no problem, but it is not so serious only. Cervical hypertrophy is a command kind of cervical disease, belong to the chronic cervicitis. Actually in this condition, this time is the best cure timing.

vPap smear is a method of cervical screening use to detect potentially pre-cancerous and cancerous processes in the endocervical canal (transformation zone) of the female reproduction system. Hence, pap smear is to test pre-cancerous or cancerous processes or HPV virus but not cervical inflammation.

     14. We all know that after going to toilet should wash the hands. In fact, it            should be washing the hands before is more important than after.

    As the age increases, our 2 natural of defenses are gone. The first natural of defense is the hymen. The second natural of defense is the PH value. PH began to be weaken, and easily get infection.

     15. Why cannot always use liquid for washing?

    Because antibiotics can destroy the PH value. Hence, the immune balance will be destroyed.

    

    A lot of people go along with advertising. They thought it could be wash and be able to kill the harmful bacteria.

   

    You expect the harmful bacteria to be kill? Instead, gynecological inflammation will become even worst.

    In the beginning, mostly people just get skin infected. As the matter of fact after washing the skin, the inflammation went into vagina.

    After in the vagina, it is easily infected the cervix. Due to ignorant, sooner becomes cervicitis.

      16. Natural childbirth is always the best whether for women or for children.

     Uterine contractions cause severe Immunoblobulin G (IgG) protein by the active way transport through the placenta into the fetus. Thus, significant increased Immunoblobulin G (IgG) levels better than cesarean section. Resulted on the shortage of neonatal humoral immunity. Natural childbirth resulted better immunity for the baby.

  

      17. Vaginitis is the best curing stage.

      As long as early detection. Before worst situation spread throughout the cervix. So this is the best stage for treatment, do not delay.
